Easy Pumpkin Banana Bread
Crisp morning breezes, a warm cup of coffee, and notes of cinnamon drifting through the kitchen make for the perfect fall morning. This pumpkin banana bread has a super moist and tender center. Spread some butter over the top for an even richer flavor or pair it with apple cider or a pumpkin spice latte for an even better experience!

After the 4th of July I always get in the fall mood. LOL. And I’ve been craving all things pumpkin, so I decided to make a loaf of this bread with my toddler the other day. It’s been a little while since me and my toddler baked. The summer has been so busy. I forget how much I love baking when I don’t do it as much. I also forget how messy baking is with a toddler. LOL. But I wouldn’t want it any other way. Soon enough I’ll have two toddlers helping me bake and I can’t wait!
I’m looking forward to fall baking and all the fun recipes I’ll be sharing. After taking a little time off, I realized I still love blogging just as much as I thought and sharing my recipes and life as a mom, but I just need to prioritize things a little differently. I’m excited to be back and for all the fun things to come!
