Ingredients

  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon All Spice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl mash, the bananas with a fork or potato masher. Set aside.
  • Using a hand or stand mixer or a fork mix together the mashed bananas, melted butter, pumpkin puree, and eggs until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the granulated sugar and brown sugar and beat until fully combined.
  • Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, all spice, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until everything is fully combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. Slice and enjoy!
