  • Cubed Steak
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Sliced Almonds
  • Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
  • Diced Bell Pepper
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Green Onions
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • One Medium Lime

Step By Step Instructions for Making Low Carb Steak Bowls

  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a medium pan drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and bring to medium heat. Squeeze the juice of one lime in with the steak. Cook the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side. Let the steak cool for 5 minutes before cutting into cubes.
  2. Prepare veggies and shred cheese.
  3. Assemble bowls. Add cubed steak, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced almonds, diced bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
