Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Steak
  • 1/3 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions
  • 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Meduim Lime
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  • In a medium pan drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and bring to medium heat. Squeeze the juice of one lime in with the steak. Cook the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  • Let the steak cool for 5 minutes before cutting into cubes.
  • Prepare veggies and shred cheese.
  • Assemble the bowls. Add cubed steak, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced almonds, diced bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
