Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
In a medium pan drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and bring to medium heat. Squeeze the juice of one lime in with the steak. Cook the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side.
Let the steak cool for 5 minutes before cutting into cubes.
Prepare veggies and shred cheese.
Assemble the bowls. Add cubed steak, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced almonds, diced bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
