Red, White, and Blue Popsicles
Popsicles are a big deal around my house. In the summertime my toddler would eat them all day if I let him. Most popsicles are filled with dyes. (Something I’m trying to stay away from as a mom) These red, white, and blue popsicles are dye free and all natural! They aren’t loaded with a bunch of high fructose corn syrup and taste even better than store bought popsicles. These popsicles are perfect for a 4th of July treat or simply for a warm summer day. Your kiddos will love these fun layered dye free popsicles and you’ll be just as obsessed with them.

These red, white, and blue popsicles do take a little bit of time but are worth it! My toddler loved helping make these dye free popsicles and had even more fun eating them. They’re so simple to make and taste so delicious. These popsicles will definitely be on the menu for our 4th of July celebration!

Ingredients for red, white, and blue Popsicles
This recipe calls for frozen fruit rather than fresh fruit. I prefer using frozen fruit, but you could use fresh fruit if you’d like instead.
Red Layer:
- Frozen Strawberries
- Frozen Rasberries
- Orange Juice
- Honey
- Lemon Juice
White Layer
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Lemon Juice
- Vanilla Extract
- Half and Half
Blue Layer
- Frozen Blueberries
- Frozen Blackberries
- Orange Juice
- Honey
- Lemon Juice


How to Make Red, White, and Blue Popsicles
These popsicles are easy to make but require more time to chill. But they are definitely worth it. Trust me!
Red Layer:
- In a high-speed blender add in the frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the fruit chunks are gone.
- Fill ice popsicles molds 1/3 full. Freeze for 1 hour.
white layer:
- In a medium sized bowl combine Greek yogurt, half and half, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
- Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and fill 1/3 full of the Greek yogurt mixture. Freeze for 1 hour.
Blue layer:
- In a high-speed blender add the frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the fruit chunks are gone.
- Remove the mold from the freezer and fill 1/3 full. Freeze for 6 hours or until solid.

Another quick recipe for you guys! These popsicles were so fun to make, and my toddler had so much fun making them too. I don’t think we’ll ever go back to store bought popsicles now that we’ve tried them homemade. There are so many options when it comes to making homemade popsicles.
