Instructions
Red Layer
In a high-speed blender add the frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the fruit chunks are gone.
Fill ice popsicles molds 1/3 full. Freeze for 1 hour.
White Layer
In a medium sized bowl combine Greek yogurt, half and half, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and fill 1/3 full of the Greek yogurt mixture. Freeze for 1 hour.
Blue Layer
In a high-speed blender add the frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the fruit chunks are gone.
Remove the mold from the freezer and fill 1/3 full. Freeze for 6 hours or until solid.
