Dye Free Red, White, and Blue Popsicles

Ingredients

Red Layer

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Rasberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

White Layer

  • 2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Half and Half
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Blue Layer

  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

Red Layer

  • In a high-speed blender add the frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the fruit chunks are gone.
  • Fill ice popsicles molds 1/3 full. Freeze for 1 hour.

White Layer

  • In a medium sized bowl combine Greek yogurt, half and half, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
  • Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and fill 1/3 full of the Greek yogurt mixture. Freeze for 1 hour.

Blue Layer

  • In a high-speed blender add the frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, honey, orange juice, and lemon juice.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all the fruit chunks are gone.
  • Remove the mold from the freezer and fill 1/3 full. Freeze for 6 hours or until solid.
