With summer ending and fall time approaching quickly I thought why not start sharing delicious and comforting casserole dishes. I love baking and cooking recipes, but I especially love baking and cooking new fall recipes. So, get ready for all the fall recipes!

I’m absolutely so excited fall time is coming up. I’m not going to lie I already have my decorations put out. (I don’t have many fall decorations) Anyways I’m going to be making lots of new casseroles and crock pot recipes. Along with fall desserts and some Halloween treats! I’m super excited to share them with you all on my blog. My husband suggested I try to make a green bean casserole this year since I’ve never made one before. Ingredients For Beef and Potato Bake

This recipe is very simple and doesn’t require super fancy ingredients. Which means you more than likely will already have them at home so no need to stop at the grocery store beforehand. Fast and easy is how us moms like it! HAHA

  • Olive Oil

  • Shredded Cheese
  • Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • One Onion
  • Potatoes
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

How to Make Beef and Potato Bake

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Thinly slice about 3 medium potatoes and layer them in a baking dish. Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, you’re going to chop your onion and cook on medium heat until soft. Add in the ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Once the potatoes have cooked for 20 minutes remove from the oven and set the oven to 400 degrees.
  6. Layer the beef and onion mixture over the top of the potatoes. Evenly spread the cream of mushroom soup over the top and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. The cheese should be melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
