Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Breakfast Balls

These peanut butter chocolate chip breakfast balls are so easy to make. They're made with just 4 ingredients and are vegan and gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add the oats to a blender and blend on a high speed until the oats have turned into a flour like consistency.
  • Pour blended oats into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add in the peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips and mix with either a spatula or your hands until everything is well combined. (If you have a super thick peanut butter you can microwave for 15 seconds before mixing in with the other ingredients to help everything, come together easier.)
  • Roll the mixture into 2-3 tablespoon sized balls.
  • Store in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
