Add the oats to a blender and blend on a high speed until the oats have turned into a flour like consistency.
Pour blended oats into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add in the peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips and mix with either a spatula or your hands until everything is well combined. (If you have a super thick peanut butter you can microwave for 15 seconds before mixing in with the other ingredients to help everything, come together easier.)
Roll the mixture into 2-3 tablespoon sized balls.
Store in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
