Patriotic Fruit Kabobs with Healthier Fruit Dip

These patriotic red, white, and blue fruit kabobs are the perfect 4th of July appetizer. Made with a healthy fruit dip that tastes even better than store bought fruit dip!

Ingredients

Patriotic Fruit Kabobs

  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Watermelon Shaped like stars
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows

Fruit Dip

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz Zero Sugar Cool Whip

Instructions

For the Kabobs

  • Wash, dry, and cut all of your fruit. You'll want to use a small star cookie cutter to shape the watermelon stars. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
  • Alternately tread the fruit, cheese, and marshmallows onto skewers.

For the Fruit Dip

  • Mix together the vanilla Greek yogurt and zero sugar cool whip together until light, fluffy, and fully combined.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator along with the fruit kabobs.
