These patriotic red, white, and blue fruit kabobs are the perfect 4th of July appetizer. Made with a healthy fruit dip that tastes even better than store bought fruit dip!
Wash, dry, and cut all of your fruit. You'll want to use a small star cookie cutter to shape the watermelon stars. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
Alternately tread the fruit, cheese, and marshmallows onto skewers.
For the Fruit Dip
Mix together the vanilla Greek yogurt and zero sugar cool whip together until light, fluffy, and fully combined.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator along with the fruit kabobs.
