  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berry Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teasponn Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Premier Protein Shake

Smoothie Bowl Toppings

  • 1 Tablespoon Granola
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 Mint leaves
  • Handful of Blackberries and sliced banana

Instructions

  • Add banana, frozen fruit, honey, chia seeds, and the vanilla protein drink to a blender.
  • Blend on high until you get a thick and smooth consistency.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds, mint leaves, blackberries, and banana slices.
