Ingredients

For The Pasta Salad

  • 12 oz Rainbow Swirl Noodles Or your pasta of choice
  • 1/3 Cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 Large Chopped Cucumber
  • 10 oz Baby Tomatoes Cut in half
  • 3.5 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese

For The Italian Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Bay Leaves

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drian, rinse, let cool, and let cool.
  • In a large bowl combine the cooled pasta, feta cheese, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
  • In a jar whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix until everything is combined well.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until the pasta is coated. Refrigerate the left-over dressing for up to 2 weeks.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
