Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drian, rinse, let cool, and let cool.
In a large bowl combine the cooled pasta, feta cheese, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
In a jar whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix until everything is combined well.
Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until the pasta is coated. Refrigerate the left-over dressing for up to 2 weeks.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
