Iced Strawberry Latte with Strawberry Cold Foam

Homemade Strawberry Syrup
- 1 Cup Thinly Sliced Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
Strawberry Espresso
- 1-2 Shots Espresso
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar To Sweeten
- 8 oz Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Homemade Strawberry Syrup
- 1 Cup Ice
Strawberry Cold Foam
- 1 Tablespoons Homemade Strawberry Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Half and Half
Homemade Strawberry Syrup
Add water, sliced strawberries, and granulated sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Strain strawberries and set the strawberries syrup aside in an airtight container.
Strawberry Latte
Pull 1-2 shots of espresso and stir in one tablespoon brown sugar to sweeten. Let cool.
Fill a glass with one cup of ice. Add in one tablespoon of your homemade strawberry syrup.
Pour the milk into the glass with the strawberry syrup first than pour in the espresso.
Strawberry Cold Foam
In a small glass add in one tablespoon of your homemade strawberry syrup, heavy cream, and half and half. Using a hand frother, froth the mixture until thick and fluffy.
Pour the cold foam over the top of your strawberry latte. Enjoy the beauty before giving your latte a stir!
