Ingredients

Homemade Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 Cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Blueberry Emulsion

Blueberry Latte

  • 1-2 Shots Espresso
  • 6 oz Milk Of Choice
  • 2 Tablpespoon Homemade Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 Cup Ice

Blueberry Cold Foam

  • 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Half and Half
  • 1 Tablespoon Homemade Blueberry Syrup

Instructions

Homemade Blueberry Syrup

  • Add the water, blueberries, and sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Sitr in the blueberry emulsion. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  • Strain the blueberries and set the blueberry syrup aside in an airtight container.

Blueberry Latte

  • Pull 1-2 shots of espresso and let cool.
  • Fill a glass with one cup of ice. Add in two tablespoon of your homemade blueberry syrup.
  • Pour the milk over the blueberry syrup followed by the cooled espresso.

Blueberry Cold Foam

  • In a small glass add in one tablespoon of the homemade blueberry syrup, heavy cream, and half and half. Using a frother, froth the mixture until thick and fluffy.
  • Pull the cold foam over the top of the blueberry latte. Stir and enjoy!
