Turkey Meatloaf
- 2 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Honey

- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375℉
In a large bowl mix the ground turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and honey together until fully combined.
Form 2-3 even loafs and add them to an oven safe pan.
In a medium bowl mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce together.
Coat the loafs with the glaze and sprinkle with black pepper. (Poke holes in the loafs with a fork so that when it's cooking the glaze cooks into the loafs).
Bake the loafs in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Reaching 165-175℉.
Let the meatloaf cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
