Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Carrots Sliced
  • 4 Stalks Celery Chopped
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion Minced
  • 8 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Rosemary
  • 4 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Cups Egg Noodles

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, thyme, Rosmary, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and garlic salt to the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low heat or 3-4 hours on high heat.
  • Remove the chicken and shred it and then return to the pot.
  • Stir in noodles and cook for another 20-30 minutes until they are fully tender.
  • Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Pour a hearty bowl and enjoy!
