Instructions
Add the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, thyme, Rosmary, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and garlic salt to the crock pot.
Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low heat or 3-4 hours on high heat.
Remove the chicken and shred it and then return to the pot.
Stir in noodles and cook for another 20-30 minutes until they are fully tender.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Pour a hearty bowl and enjoy!
