Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 4 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning Black Pepper Parmesan
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Shredded Lettuce, Sliced Tomato, Cheese Slices, Hamburger Buns Optional for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add in your ground beef, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, plain Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Using your hands combine everything together until evenly distributed.
  • Heat a large skillet and divide the mixture into 6 equal portions. Roll into balls and place the balls on the skillet.
  • Using either a burger press or spatula smash the burgers flat.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the burgers reach 165℉.
  • Remove from skillet and serve with hamburger buns and desired toppings
