Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Place oats in a blender and blend until the oats turn into a flour type consistency. In a small microwave bowl warm the peanut butter for 15 seconds. (This is only needed if the peanut butter is a super thick brand).
  • In a large mixing bowl add in the blended flour, peanut butter, cranberries, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix the ingredients together using either a spatula or your hands until well combined. (using your hands is so much easier). If the ingredients are really dry add a tablespoon of water into the mixture until it is moist enough to roll into balls.
  • Roll the mixture into 2–3 Tablespoon size balls.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
