How To Make Strawberry Banana Bread
Step by Step instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil or coconut oil. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose gluten free flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another bowl mash the bananas until the lumps are gone. (Use a blender for a smoother consistency). Add the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture bowl and mix until combined. Stir in the olive oil.
- Toss the strawberries in one tablespoon of all-purpose gluten free flour and fold them in to the batter.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. The top of the bread should be slightly brown.
- Remove bread from the oven and let cool for one hour before slicing and serving.

- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3 Large Ripe Bananas
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 Small Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil or coconut oil. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl sift together, all-purpose gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another mixing bowl mash up the bananas. Mix in eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla.

- Allow the bread to cool for one hour before slicing and serving.
