Ingredients For Steak Bowls
- Olive Oil
- Cubed Steak
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Sliced Almonds
- Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
- Diced Bell Pepper
- Shredded Lettuce
- Green Onions
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- One Medium Lime

Step By Step Instructions for Making Low Carb Steak Bowls
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a medium pan drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and bring to medium heat. Squeeze the juice of one lime in with the steak. Cook the steak for 4-6 minutes on each side. Let the steak cool for 5 minutes before cutting into cubes.
- Prepare veggies and shred cheese.
- Assemble bowls. Add cubed steak, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced almonds, diced bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
