And now that the warmer weather is finally here smoothie bowls are the perfect thing to be making for breakfast or even a quick and healthy snack. Smoothie bowls are so easy to make, and they’re packed with nutritious. I love that they keep me full for SO long! As a breastfeeding mamma I feel like I’m always hungry. Smoothie bowls are a great post workout meal and are so much cheaper than if you were to go out and buy a smoothie bowl.
