I’m always looking for ways to get in extra protein and this protein smoothie bowl is the best way to do that. And now that the warmer weather is finally here smoothie bowls are the perfect thing to be making for breakfast or even a quick and healthy snack. Smoothie bowls are so easy to make, and they’re packed with nutritious. I love that they keep me full for SO long! As a breastfeeding mamma I feel like I’m always hungry. Smoothie bowls are a great post workout meal and are so much cheaper than if you were to go out and buy a smoothie bowl.

- 1-2 Mint leaves
- Handful of Blackberries and sliced banana
