4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Breakfast Balls

It rained all afternoon today, so I didn’t get to take my boys outside like I usually do. But you know what that means. Lots of baking, cleaning, and all the fun toddler activities. I’ve been wanting to try out new ball recipes but with it being warm out I haven’t had the time to try any out. Today was the perfect day to do that! I’m so happy I finally am getting another ball recipe out on my blog.

My whole family is obsessed with these peanut butter chocolate chip breakfast balls. My toddler was literally eating the mixture from the bowl before I rolled it into balls. LOL. My husband liked them too! I’m super happy about that I love when I make new recipes that both my toddler and husband like. It always feels like such a big accomplishment. LOL.

I love being able to share easy recipes that are also toddler friendly. As a toddler mom I know how your toddlers can get sometimes. If you know you know. LOL. Sometimes my toddler doesn’t want to eat ANYTHING. Anytime I make my white chocolate cranberry breakfast balls he never turns them down. I feel it’s going to be the same with these peanut butter breakfast balls. He’s a huge chocolate fan and can’t resist the chocolate chips. I mean what toddler would say no to chocolate?
