No-Bake White Choclate Cranberry Breakfast Balls
I shared a photo with these breakfast balls on my Instagram story today and I’ve already had messages asking for the recipe. I’m so excited to share this recipe especially for the ones that asked for it. I’ve never posted a ball recipe on my blog yet, so this is something exciting for me too!
I’d like to say I’m a pro at making ball recipes, however I definitely could use some work. These cranberry balls are one of the only ball recipes I make. But that is going to change! I’ve been seeing so many no-bake recipes and I thought it was time I start sharing some on my blog. (I will become a pro) No-bake recipes is what you guys voted for most on my Instagram poll a couple weeks ago. So, I am delivering! This recipe is super easy, and the best part no food processer is required!

I’ve also been wanting to share more toddler friendly meal and snacks. Coming from a mom I get how hard it can be to get your toddler to eat. Especially in the morning. Some days my toddler just doesn’t want to eat anything in the morning. That’s not the case when I make these breakfast balls. He has never refused them since I started making them. This recipe is easy enough for your toddler to help make. Including them in these types of things normally makes them more likely to want to eat. Plus, who could turn down breakfast balls made with chocolate in them for breakfast?

These breakfast balls are super easy to make, they aren’t loaded with a bunch of unnecessary sugar and can even be made gluten free! They’re perfect for a pre/post workout snack, road trips, and simply make for a pretty healthy breakfast idea.

How To Make White Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Balls
These breakfast balls are super easy to make. Breakfast will be ready in just 15 minutes.
- Place oats in a blender and blend until the oats turn into a flour type consistency. In a small microwave bowl warm the peanut butter for 15 seconds. (This is only needed if the peanut butter is a super thick brand).
- In a large mixing bowl add in the blended flour, peanut butter, cranberries, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix the ingredients together using either a spatula or your hands until well combined. (using your hands is so much easier and what I prefer doing). If the ingredients are really dry add a tablespoon of water into the mixture until it is moist enough to roll into balls.
- Roll the mixture into 2–3 Tablespoon size balls. This recipe will give you 16-20 balls.
- Store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag in the fridge.
Cranberry Breakfast Ball Swaps and Variations
If you’re looking to make gluten free balls or simply wanting a little bit of a healthier option, I’ve got you covered! Here are some great swaps for these balls!
Old fashioned oats-Gluten free old-fashioned oats. Bobs red mill is a great option.
Chocolate chips-Sugar free Chocolate chips. Lily’s is my favorite brand to use if I’m looking for a sugar free option.
Peanut Butter-Almond butter or cashew butter. If you have any allergies, you can use a nut free peanut butter.
