I’ve been on a huge smoothie kick recently, so I thought I’d share my 4-ingredient strawberry banana smoothie that I’ve been drinking on the regular. It’s simple, creamy, and delicious. With the warmer weather I thought it would be the perfect time to share my simple healthy go to breakfast.

I decided I’m going to be adding in some short recipe posts along with my longer posts. And this strawberry banana smoothie recipe is the perfect post to start with. Of course, it’s not googles favorite thing seeing a shorter post, however I still think it will be something fun and something I can experiment with!
Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Smoothie
The best thing about this smoothie is that you more than likely will always have the basic and simple ingredients needed for it in your home.
- Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
- Fresh or Frozen Bananas
- Milk (of choice)
- Honey


How to Make This Easy 4 Ingredient Smoothie
This smoothie is so simple and will literally be ready to drink in 5 minutes or less! I suggest using either frozen strawberries or frozen bananas. It helps make the smoothie stay thick while being blended without watering it down with ice cubes.
- Add strawberries, banana, honey, and milk to a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth, creamy, and all the fruit chunks are gone.
- Poor into your favorite cup and garnish with fruit of your choice and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Medium Banana Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 3/4 Cup Milk Of Choice
Instructions
- Add strawberries, banana, honey, and milk to a blender and blend on a high speed until everything is combined, there is no chunks of fruit, and the smoothie is creamy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with fruit of choice. Sip and enjoy!
