Meatloaf is something I like to make when I’m clueless on what to make for dinner. It’s one of those recipes that is so simple, and I always have the ingredients in the house for. Simply throw everything into a bowl and mix it together. Meatloaf if something I could easily make every week and never get sick of it.
When I make meatloaf, I like doubling the recipe. It’s so nice having leftovers for lunch the next day. Especially for my husband to take to work. Plus, meatloaf leftover is the BEST! This turkey meatloaf is full of flavor, and you could even add in some vegetables if you’d like. Ingredients for Gluten Free Turkey Meatloaf
This recipe calls for simple and staple ingredients that you likely have in your pantry already.
- Ground Turkey
- Eggs
- Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- Honey

Step-By-Step Instructions for Gluten Free Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together ground turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and honey until fully mixed together.
- Form into 2-3 loafs (depending on how big you want them) and place on a oven safe baking pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce. Mix until the mixture is smooth, and the ingredients are fully combined. Spread the glaze over the tops of the loafs evenly and sprinkle some black pepper over the top.
- Place in the oven and bake the loafs for 40-45 minutes.
- Allow the meatloaf to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

How To Store Meatloaf
Refrigerator: Place leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. If you plan to make meatloaf ahead of time to easily pull out of the fridge and throw in the oven simply cover the formed loafs with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours. If you’re re warming a whole loaf cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Freeze: Meatloaf is great for freezing. Wrap cooked and completely cooled meatloaf in plastic wrap and an airtight freezer safe container for 3-4 months. For uncooked meatloaf freeze in a loaf pan for 3-4 months. For uncooked meatloaf completely thaw and cook as the recipe calls for. 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. For cooked meatloaf completely thaw and cook at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

For me meatloaf is always in season. Making it the perfect meal to make for Summer, Fall, Winter, or Spring. You can never go wrong when making meatloaf.

Ingredients
Turkey Meatloaf
- 2 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
Meatloaf Glaze
- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- In a large bowl mix the ground turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and honey together until fully combined.
- Form 2-3 even loafs and add them to an oven safe pan.
- In a medium bowl mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce together.
- Coat the loafs with the glaze and sprinkle with black pepper. (Poke holes in the loafs with a fork so that when it's cooking the glaze cooks into the loafs).
- Bake the loafs in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Reaching 165-175℉.
- Let the meatloaf cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Meatloaf is one of my favorite meals to make for dinner. I love how simple and easy it is.
