As a mom I’m always trying to find good dinner ideas that my family will love. I love that I’m able to come back to my blog when I’m planning out meals to find what recipes I want to make for dinner all week long. It’s something that has helped me keep track of all my recipes. I know how fast the days go and as a busy mom of two little boys I’m always wanting to have a healthy but easy dinner that doesn’t take FOREVER to make. Here are 10 of my favorite dinner ideas that I know your whole family will love! All of my recipes are super delicious and easy to make. You’ll definitely want to be saving them for later!

The sound of this pasta makes me want some right now! This is one of my husband’s favorite dinners for me to make. This Cajun pasta has Cajun seasoning, paprika, and oregano to add the perfect amount of spice. You can easily add in more spices if you like a little more heat to your pasta. This recipe is ready in just 30 minutes, and I promise you’ll be going back for seconds. I know I do EVERYTIME!

2. Chicken Pesto Pasta

I’m a huge fan of this pasta! It’s rich, creamy, and is packed with so much flavor. It’s made with basil pesto, parmesan cheese, and garlic making a creamy and delicious sauce. The chicken is juicy and tender and the tomatoes pair so well with this recipe. The flavors in this recipe literally mix so well. I’m a huge pesto and parmesan cheese girl so this pasta is one of my favorites. My husband even likes it, and both pesto and parmesan cheese aren’t his favorite things. You can easily change some things around in this recipe if you like. Add in some extra protein, use another type of noodle, add in some of your favorite greens, or even make it gluten free by using gluten free noodles.

3. Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers

These beef stuffed bell peppers and are one of my favorite meals for meal prepping. They are low carb and of course are so GOOD! If you’re trying to be more mindful about what you’re putting into your body this is a great dinner idea for you. The peppers are filled with beef, black beans, zucchini, and seasonings. Top the peppers with cheese and then you’ll cook the peppers until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Dinner will be ready in just 30 minutes, and you’ll have a super tasty and healthy low carb meal. Make a big batch of these stuffed peppers on Sunday night before the new week starts and have a whole week’s lunches ready to go!

4. Chicken Stuffed Zucchini Boats

Before I meant my husband, I had never tried zucchini! The way it looked and the sound of it just sounded disgusting to me, and I never expected to try it. My husband convinced me to try it and I’ve been a fan of it ever since. These chicken stuffed zucchini boats are SO GOOD! They are definitely in my top 5 of favorite dinner ideas. They’re filled with the inside of the zucchini, tender chicken, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and marinara sauce. And then topped with mozzarella cheese. Cooked until warm and the cheese is melted. These zucchini boats are the BEST!

5. Gluten Free Turkey Meatloaf

My FAVORITE meal EVER! I absolutely love meatloaf, and this turkey meatloaf is literally the best. I’m not sure what it is about meatloaf, but I think I could eat it every day. This meatloaf recipe is packed with flavor and is gluten free. The glaze matches perfectly with this meatloaf and the flavors combine so well. If you love meatloaf just as much as me, I know you’ll LOVE this gluten free turkey meatloaf! Plus, it makes for a delicious lunch the next day. 6. Chicken Enchiladas

I’ve been making this chicken enchilada recipe for years. It’s been one of my husband’s favorite things for me to make. I’ve grown to like it just as much as him though! Neither of us are big fans of anything spicy so this enchilada recipe is definitely toned down. However, you could easily spice it up by using a different type of enchilada sauce. After the chicken is cooked you combine all the ingredients into a bowl, fill the tortilla shells, cover with enchilada sauce, and bake. This recipe is so easy to make and even better to eat. You should definitely try it out!

I started making chicken teriyaki bowls quite a few years back because my husband was obsessed with Panera breads teriyaki bowls. I always used store bought teriyaki sauce until I experimented with making homemade teriyaki sauce. It’s SO much better than store bought kind! I’m telling you I will never buy premade teriyaki sauce again. Plus, it’s so easy to make much easier than you may expect if you’ve never made it before. I was always on the fence about making it myself because I thought it would be super hard to make. Boy was I wrong. This recipe comes together so easy, and you can use the left-over teriyaki sauce to put on some of your other favorite things the next day.

My husband has been wanting to eat healthier, so I made it my mission to try and make all the healthy things for him. I made this recipe a couple times before I got it down and I will say it’s a big hit now. This steak bowl is low carb, full of flavor, and super easy to make. You can customize the ingredients with your favorite veggies to make it even better. It’s ready in just 20 minutes making for a healthy and delicious dinner idea the whole family will love.

My toddler is a big lemon fan. He will literally eat a lemon as if it were an orange. LOL. This recipe features a creamy and zesty lemon sauce and juicy chicken. When I first made this recipe, I was very disappointed, it didn’t turn out at all how I expected it to, and I almost didn’t make it again. I changed up some things in the recipe and it turned out SO GOOD on my second try. I’m so glad I tried again. If you’re a pasta person and love lemon, then you will love this chicken lemon pasta. Easy and SO good!

10. Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

I LOVE wraps and the fact that these wraps are so easy to make is a huge plus for me! These wraps are great to make during the spring and summer time. They’re great for a simple lunch idea and are great for meal prepping. My toddler loves when I make him a plate with everything out of the tortilla shells. I cut the tortilla shells in small pieces for him, and put everything on his plate, then he literally eats everything just like that. LOL. These wraps are great for making ahead of time and you can use varies forms of chicken. Whatever you like best! I might just have to make these for the next picnic I have with my boys.
