I’m super excited to start sharing my crockpot recipes especially since it’s the winter season! I’ve always loved crockpot recipes because of how easy and convenient they are to make. I’m always in a rush when the time comes around to make dinner, and I love fact that when I make crockpot meals this isn’t the case. I’ve got so many recipes for the blog this year, but I knew this should be the first one I share. It’s a comfort meal to say the least.

It’s very simple to make, and it’s super delicious. My husband asked me if I could make this creamy crockpot chicken pasta two nights in a row. Something I never thought I’d hear from him!

This recipe is for all the busy mammas that want to actually make a decent meal for their family. It’s super easy to add extra ingredients if you have a bigger family too.

Leftovers for lunch

This is a great meal to have for leftovers the next day for lunch. Store it in an airtight container and just warm it up the next day. I suggest doubling the recipe if you’re looking to have it for lunch. It makes the next day really easy for lunch. Especially if you have a toddler and just want to warm something up quick. My toddler loves this creamy crockpot pasta.

I plan to make more crockpot meals this January for my blog. Crockpot meals are so convenient and are so savory especially in the winter months.

This recipe is also super good with:

  1. Garlic bread
  2. Fresh salad
  3. Roasted vegetables

This recipe is not only super delicious (my husband couldn’t get enough), but it’s also very convenient to make especially if you don’t have a lot of time to make dinner. Be sure to prep it and start cooking it 3 hours before you want to eat though. My favorite thing about crockpot meals is that you make them ahead of time and you don’t have to worry about rushing when it’s dinner time and everyone is hungry.

I hope you enjoy making this recipe as much as me and my toddler did! (Peep the little hands.) I plan to make more crockpot recipes this month that I will be sharing! Be sure to check them out!

Do you enjoy crockpot meals as much as I do?
