Easy Beef Nachos

Tuesdays are for tacos and nachos! Honestly whatever day of the week it is I’m always down for tacos or nachos. LOL. These beef nachos are topped with ground beef, cheese, and loaded with all your favorite toppings! These beef nachos come together in just 20 minutes! These are a great dinner idea or make for a tasty appetizer while waiting on dinner. I’d love to make them for a birthday party of even just a family gathering. You can customize these nachos by adding in another protein and by adding in your favorite nacho toppings! Whatever it may be you’ll come out with delicious nachos you and your family can devour!

These beef nachos would be a great appetizer for a football game or would be great for a birthday party! The nachos come together so quickly and are gone even quicker! LOL. You can use any of your favorite chips, dairy free cheese, chicken instead of beef, sour cream, or any of your favorite toppings. I love how easily customizable this recipe is!

Ingredients for Beef Nachos

  • Ground Beef
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Taco Blend Shredded Cheese
  • Chedder Cheese Sauce
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Purple Onion
  • Taco Seasoning

How to Make Beef Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large pan cook the ground beef. Mix in the taco seasoning.
  3. In a large casserole dish add the chips, ground beef, and both the shredded cheese and the cheese sauce.
  4. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
  5. Add the shredded lettuce, tomato, and onion to the warm nachos.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion Sliced
  • 8 oz Bag of Tortilla Chips

  • 15 oz Cheeder Cheese Sauce
