I’ve always loved pumpkin spice but I’m definitely more of an apple spice/cider girly when it comes to fall time. I’ve always loved mimosas but when I tell you that this mimosa hits different, I mean it. It’s just something about the apple cider that makes it all the better and adds the perfect fall touch!

- combine your cinnamon and sugar together. Wet you rim with an apple or fruit wedge and dip your rim.
- Add your Champagne filling each glass about halfway and pour the apple cider to fill the glass.
